You're never too old to start something new!

Samantha Selinger-Morris wrote a great story in the Sun Herald yesterday about an Australian woman who decided on her 50th birthday she would write a list of 50 things she wanted to do/achieve.

What a great idea!

While I didn't write a list, I did decide at 55 that I would summit Mt Kilimanjaro and at 57, I would trek to Everest Base Camp.

Two enormous challenges that definitely changed me forever...not just the fact that I achieved both these goals but also the amazing experiences and people I met along the way.

I had a wonderful personal trainer for years - https://www.coachcat.com.au/ - a beautiful, bright, talented and energetic young woman who inspired me and encouraged me when it got all too hard. Without her, it would have been doubly difficult.

Love the idea of making a list and ticking it off...let's go!
