Prepare for the new workplace "normal"

As the Covid-19 restrictions begin to lift and we start trickling back into the workplace, employees should prepare for a new "normal".


Employers may have very different needs post-Covid and we all need to be ready to adapt to new strategic directions, revised roles, working remotely some days of the week and, in some instances, major workplace changes.


Employers will also need to be ready to negotiate more flexible arrangements because many workers will have seen the benefits to their families and lifestyles away from the 9-5 grind of our pre-Covid lives.
