Prepare for the new workplace "normal"

As the Covid-19 restrictions begin to lift and we start trickling back into the workplace, employees should prepare for a new "normal".

Employers will also need to be ready to negotiate more flexible arrangements because many workers will have seen the benefits to their families and lifestyles away from the 9-5 grind of our pre-Covid lives.
