Don't hide your age if you're over 50 - Forbes

Chris Carosa , a contributor to Forbes, has written a great piece with tips for finding a job over 50.

Interestingly, one of the tips is don't hide your age. Given the reluctance and effort a lot of people go to hide their age from prospective employers, this flies in the face of what most of us do.

We often go to great lengths to drop a few years off our employment history and if you follow the advice of some recruiters, you need to excise some of your work past in case employers figure out how old you are from your work history.
